I'm a coffee loverrrrr. I could get through most days without it, I don't need it to function, but I want it and it makes me happy! As any healthy relationship should be, right??! I especially love seeking out local coffee shops and supporting them as often as I can.

Ever since moving to the White House on the Prairie, I have been searching for THE coffee shop to stop at regularly and I think I finally found it! Say hello to Classen Coffee Company. I've been driving past their building for months waiting patiently for it to open and it finally did!

They reside in a beautiful white stucco building that reminds me of the architecture in Greece. I haven't been to Greece (yet) but I just know it all looks like Classsen Coffee Co. The building sat idle for over 50 years before the company renovated and restored it - how cool is that? So much of Oklahoma City is being revitalized and it makes my heart so happy.

Much of the inside was left raw - which I love. Exposed brick, unfinished wood, subway tile, velvet couches - v. Instagrammable and so right up my alley. The outside has patio seating and a large deck underneath bistro lights. Plus, there's a drive-thru!

The aesthetic is great, but the coffee is what is really important - and it is superb! Classen Coffee Co. serves standard drinks like lattes, Americanos, flat whites and cold brews, brewed and blended coffee, as well as variety of teas. I really appreciated the sugar free and dairy free options - hello custom macro friendly drinks! I ordered an iced coffee with sugar free hazelnut syrup and coconut milk and it was fab.u.lous! Plus the service was crazy fast. I will definitely be trying their lattes and matcha next.

In a dream world I would work from home aka spend my days walking my dogs and hitting up coffee shops like this one. Maybe one day. Life goals. For now, though, Classen Coffee Co. will serve as an afternoon drink stop on the way back to work.

Now....let's talk about this sweater! My absolute favorite fashion trend is wearing a baggy sweater with shorts. I LIVE for it! Unfortunately in Oklahoma it normally goes from zero to 100 faster than a speeding bullet, but while I can make it work, I will. This sweater is only $20 and it comes in burgundy, too! It is one-size only, but I'd say it would fit a small or medium pretty easily. I'm not a huge fan of the destroyed shirt look that is popular right now, but this sweater does it right. Its not too destroyed and junkie looking - just enough to give it some edge!

Are you happy to be on the down hill slide to the weekend? We are out and about exploring London today - by the time this post goes live, I'll be having high tea at Kensington Palace and I am so incredibly excited to experience it! Follow along on Insta-Stories (@amandamart15).

Cheerio!!
